We have chosen to certify our Prosecco D.O.C and D.O.C.G. to give the discerning customer a guarantee for quality and safety.

The quality processes adopted by Azienda Agricola Riccardo, and the traceability processes required by DNV, the certifying body, add significantly to production costs. However, we believe these extra costs are worth it, because it enables us to deliver every bottle of Riccardo Prosecco with a unique degree of traceability.
